Reservation deposit

The booking deposit must be paid before arrival to confirm the booking of your studio. It will be deducted from the amount due on arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Application fee

They include "all risks included" rental insurance, management fees, inventory of fixtures and fittings, drafting of leases, receipts and other management fees. Application fees are non-refundable.

Security deposit

The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. It is cashed for the duration of the contract, then returned two months after your departure and the inventory of fixtures.

CHOOSE YOUR RESIDENCE

Eligible for ALS

Renting an apartment in a Résidence Pythagore may entitle you to ALS (Allocation de Logement Sociale) from the CAF (Caisse d' Allocations Familiales). The amount depends on the precise study of each case by the CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales), the only competent authority in the matter.

Beware of deadlines! Housing benefit is granted from the month following the date of moving in, provided you submit your application as soon as the conditions are met.

You should therefore submit your application as soon as possible after you move in so as not to lose your entitlements.

The lease must be in your name.

Mandatory guarantor

All tenants must have a French resident guarantor . If you don't have a French guarantor, you'll have to pay 2 months' rent in advance, plus a security deposit of 2 months' rent on arrival, equivalent to 4 months' rent. You can also take out a rental guarantee with our partner Garantme.
