Garantme : what is it?
Our partner guarantees the payment of your rent up to €90,000.
Garantme helps you build your file so that it is complete and certified in order to receive the Guarantee Certificate within the day, 100% online and without paperwork.
To be eligible, your income or resources must be sufficient to pay your rent, or you must have a physical guarantor who has them. Garantme accepts income and savings, both in France and abroad.
GOOD TO KNOW: Students only need a school certificate and an ID.
Steps to take
- Submit your application on the Garantme website according to the residence of your choice:
- Pythagore Grande Arche – Courbevoie

- Once your application has been checked by the Garantme team in less than 8 hours, you will receive your certificate of eligibility
- Once the rental is validated, you will receive a payment link (3.5% of your annual rent including charges). Use our partner code “PYTHAGORE2022” to benefit from 3% off
- Once the payment has been made, we will send you your guarantee deed (official document that attests to the activation of the guarantee) and you can sign your lease!
